2/16/2023 0 Comments Windows 95 emulator tutorialI've tried using Sound Blaster 16 instead, since that doesn't have the above device, but that doesn't seem to affect anything. I also have a device called "Creative Advanced Wave Effects Synthesis for AWE 32", which says it's causing a resource conflict, but I don't know how to resolve that, even after going through the troubleshooter. though I'm worried doing that might have made the situation worse. Searching for new hardware doesn't help, and neither did removing "Creative Labs Sound Blaster 16 or AWE-32" from the device manager and adding it back in. twice! And the final time, there was actually sound when I first started it. I got so desperate that I deleted my virtual hard drive and reinstalled Windows. I did something and managed to get it to work - I don't even remember exactly what I did - but then it stopped again, and I can't get it to work again. I recently set up a PCem emulation for Win95 (following this tutorial) and it worked fine.
